MEET THE ARTIST

The name "RUI" came from the katakana spelling of my second name "Louise" (Ru-i-zu) when I was first learning Japanese back in Senior High School.The username "Moonlit Palette" on the other hand was formed because I noticed that I always find myself drawing whenever the moon is up hence my color palette being "lit by the moonlight".

Please be AS SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE so that I could get a clear image as to what you would want me to create
Please do take note that I am MOST CONFIDENT in doing the following: Nature, Food & Drinks, and People (This inclucdes both 2D characters/real people)
Only 2 MAJOR & 3 MINOR REVISIONS are allowed. Additional MINOR REVISIONS have an additional Php15
Updates will be sent whenever there is additional progress made to the commission
Final files will be sent through a GDRIVE link to maintain its quality and will have a small watermark

PAYMENT DETAILS
Payment can be divided into 2!! FIRST 50% of the payment is paid upon confirmation of commission slot, whereas the REMAINING 50% will be paid JUST BEFORE THE FINAL FILES IS SENT OR can be paid in FULL upon confirmation of initial sketch
Payment will be done through GCASH for LOCAL commissions (NOTE : QR codes can be sent upon request) and PAYPAL for INTERNATIONAL commissions
PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO SEND YOUR PROOF/S OF PAYMENT (I will also be confirming when payments are received)
